Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
| The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives undertaken by the Company upholds the principles of a responsible corporate entity. The Company is committed to play a larger role in building a better, sustainable way of life for the weaker and marginalized sections of society. Its approach towards Corporate Social Responsibility is oriented to identify and formulate CSR projects/programmes as per statutory requirements and to implement them with full involvement and commitment so as to cover maximum beneficiaries under the ambit of CSR. Badminton Training Camps. For the promotion of nationally recognized sports and to promote sports activities, the First Badminton Training Camp under the CSR activities was organised by the Company from 15th October 2022 to 21st October 2022. In that camp, 24 players under the age group of 13, 15 and 17 years from 12 districts of Haryana participated. The seasoned coaches of national level having vast experience & association with National Badminton Teams i.e. Mr. Surinder Mahajan, Mr. Surender Kumar and Mr. Virender Kumar, imparted training to the players. Proper facilities w.r.to boarding and lodging were provided to all the players who participated in the training camp. The services of Physiotherapist having experience of working with national Badminton Team were provided to the camp players. Every day three training sessions were conducted and league matches were organized among the players. The winners in each category were also rewarded. The training sessions facilitated the participants in honing their skills, techniques and physical development etc.         
By continuing the endeavor of promotion of nationally recognized sports and sports activities under ongoing CSR activities of Company, Second Badminton Training Camp under CSR activities was organised by the Company at Vidyut Nagar, Hisar, for a period of 6 days i.e. from 23rd January 2023 to 28th January 2023. 23 players (Boys and Girls) under the age groups of 13, 15, 17 and 19 years from 13 districts of Haryana participated in this camp. Proper facilities w.r.to boarding and lodging were provided to all the players who participated in training camp.The seasoned coaches of national level having vast experience & association with national Badminton Teams i.e. Mr. Ravi, Mr. Surender Kumar and Mr. Virender Kumar, imparted training to the players. The services of Physiotherapist having experience of working with national Badminton Team were provided to camp players. Every day training sessions were conducted for the benefit of players. Apart from it, league matches, practice and team matches were organized amongst the players. The winners in each category were rewarded. The badminton training camp facilitated the participants in honing their skills,badminton game techniques and physical development etc.
        In furtherance of ongoing CSR activities of Company and in continuing persistent endeavor of promotion of nationally recognized sports, Third Badminton Training Camp was organized by Company at Vidyut Nagar, Hisar, Haryana, for a period of 6 days i.e. from 8th May to 13th May 2023. In this camp, 22 players (Boys and Girls) from 12 districts of Haryana participated under the age groups of 13,15, 17 and 19 years.
         
CSR Activities for FY 2021-22. As a good and responsible corporate entity, the Company is in continuous pursuit of undertaking CSR initiatives aimed towards serving Society at large. The CSR activities relating to distribution of sports kits, organisation of training camps for Sub Junior & Junior promising Badminton Players of Haryana & providing the facilities of tuition/coaching for competitive exams/Board exams have been selected to promote nationally recognised sports, promotion of sports activities and promotion of education & employment enhancing vocational skills in rural areas under different OP Circles of Hisar Zone and Delhi Zone. Presently multiple sports kits have been distributed in different villages under the aegis of CSR. However, the remaining CSR activities are being carried out with full swing. CSR Activities for FY 2020-21. Going forward and in furtherance of CSR initiatives, the Board of Directors of Company had approved for setting up of E-Library under the CSR activity as per the provisions of Companies Act 2013 for FY 2020-21 towards promotion of educational activities and developing the habit of reading for the immense benefit of students/peoples residing in rural areas. Accordingly, an E-Library has been established by the Company in Government Senior Secondary School at Village Panniwala Mota, under OP Sub Division DHBVNL Panjuna of OP Circle Sirsa, Haryana. The students/peoples of nearby 10 villages i.e. Panniwala Mota, Odhan, Rohiranwali, Raghuana, Sahuwala, Ghukanwali, Khuyianepalpur, Anandgarh, Khaishergarh, Chhatarian etc. will get benefited from E-library as presently there is no other E-Library in any of these villages. The E-Library is equipped with modern facilities & infrastructure i.e. Computer System facilities, wide range of E-books/books of various subjects, modern furniture & fixtures, Solar net connection, CCTV cameras & ACs etc. for the benefit of students/society at large.
